Read this Privacy Policy before you submit any information to this site or any affiliated sites of InSource Marketing (ISM). Our Terms & Conditions only allow this web site to be accessed by persons eighteen (18) years or older. Due to age restrictions of this site, none of the information obtained by ISM falls within the Child Online Privacy Act (C O P A). However, if your minor child has provided us with personally identifiable information, you can contact us at the email or US Mail address listed below to have it deleted from our records. We will make reasonable efforts to remove your child’s information from the database.

InSource Marketing (ISM) respects your privacy. This privacy policy describes how we might collect and use personal information. This policy may change from time to time without notice.

Personal Information

ISM typically receives information about its website visitors only when such information is provided voluntarily, such as when visitors request information, purchase or enroll in services, open a customer support inquiry ticket or send us e-mail. Personally- identifiable information will be used to fulfill your specific request. In most cases, you will be given the opportunity to select whether you do, or do not, want ISM to use this information for additional offers. On those sites where you voluntarily offer feedback, data, answers, questions, comments, suggestions, for example, ISM will treat that information as non-confidential and nonproprietary and assumes no obligation to protect such information from disclosure.

We may occasionally conduct surveys of our subscribers and customers to improve on the products and services that we provide. We only send emails to people who have authorized us to contact them, either directly, or through a third party. We do not send unsolicited commercial emails. We hate spam too. By submitting your email address, you also agree to allow us to use your email address for custom audience targeting on sites like Facebook, where we display custom advertising to specific people who have opted-in to receive communications from us.

Submitting your telephone number on this web site and/or registering to receive the product and/or service offered herein, constitutes a purchase, an inquiry, and/or an application for the purposes of the Amended Telemarketing Sales Rule (ATSR), 16 CFR ‘310 et seq. and any applicable state and local “do not call” regulations. We retain the right to contact you via telemarketing in accordance with the ATSR and the applicable state regulations.

We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals other than cookies.

Non Personally-Identifiable (generic) Information

ISM may gather some generic information automatically, which does not reveal the identity of the visitor. It may contain information about the Internet address of your computer, the number and frequency of visitors, and the ISM sites visited. We may use certain technologies, such as “cookies”. We do NOT combine generic information with any personally-identifiable information. Additionally, you can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie and you can refuse it.

Information that you disclose in a public space, including bulletin boards, forums, chat rooms, etc., is available to anyone else who visits that space. Additionally, ISM websites may contain links to third party sites and cannot protect any information you may disclose in these sites and recommends that you review the privacy policy statements of the sites you visit.

Exceptions and Limitations

ISM would: a) cooperate fully with state, local, and federal officials in any investigation relating to any content, including personal or private electronic communications transmitted to ISM, or purported unlawful activities of any user of ISM properties, and b) take reasonable measures to protect its proprietary rights. For the limited purposes of accomplishing such cooperation and measures and in compliance with applicable laws, ISM may be required to disclose personally identifiable information.
